Installing Ninja RMM on a new computer

 

  1. Installing Ninja requires admin access to the machine.
  2. The installation of ninja will happen by generating an installer from the ninja website.
  3. To generate an installer you'll access the Ninja website, click the + in the upper right hand corner, select computer, then the associated organization and location as applicable.
  4. Press the "Generate Installer" option. You'll be presented with the a download option and a web link.
  5. Using the download option downloads the installer to your machine while the link can be opened on any machine to download the installer directly to that machine.
  6. Running the installer on a windows machine will run the program in the background after inputting the admin credentials for the computer.
