1. Log in to EC01
2. Open Active Directory Users and Computers
3. Add the user to the firm users OU
4. Add the user to The F3 or BPremium user group to assign the proper M365 license
5. Resync user via Sync Manager on EC-01 using this knowledge base article
6. Log in to Mail01
7. Open an administrative exchange powershell instance and run the command Enable-RemoteMailbox -Identity "username" -RemoteRoutingAddress "username@msagardens.mail.onmicrosoft.com"
8. Login to Mail Assure
9. Go to general > Domains overview
10. Select the-gardens.org
11. Go to the Mailboxes configuration menu
12. Select Mailboxes
13. Click the Add Mailbox button
14. Enter the username and hit save
15. Send a test email to the user
